We made the molds for 37" LCD frame. The material for these frame is PC. These 4 main items can be assembly into a square frame, to fit into inner of LCD moniter. So it's become a fixture for fixing the inner items which inner of the LCD.
There are several molds we made for media player. Front case mold, cover mold, rear case mold, key pad mold, and etc.

We had made the mold for the 21" LCD frame. The material for plastic is PP. It fits in the LCD main case, and the function is be a fixture for the other LCD inner itmes.
There are two main parts for the printer cartridge. One the the top cover and the other is the main body case. The material for top cover is ABS and PC for body case.
