We had made the molds for the GPS (Globe Position System) upper and lower cases, also the molds for associate items. The lead time for these molds around 25~30 days.
1. The material for these plastic parts are ABS or PC.
2. All of these plastic items were designed by 1 cavity mold.
3. The Bottom case was fall by hot tip.
