Our factory products provide three categories of products: Category One: Chemical Fiber Felt, i.e. Needle punch Non-woven in all colors Width ranges 0.01m--8m Length ranges 1m--500m Thickness covers 0.5mm--70mm Weight 100gsm--20000gsm Fiber Fineness 1.5d--10d We have the ability of producing ready-made Needle Punch nonwoven 15 tons (pure wool, 100% synthetic fiber and the blend products). Quantity of the felt and nonwoven products within 5 tons could be ready and delivered in two days. Category Two: Wool felt, including industrial wool felt and civilian wool felt in all colors The wool felt products are in four grades: superfine, standard, medium and regular. Wool fineness from 48 to 70 yarn counts Width 1mm--2.5m Length 0.5m-100m Thickness 0.5mm--100mm Density 0.10g--0.60g/cm3 We are able to have output of 1500kg per day. Category Three: Felt and nonwoven accessories Wool felt polishing discs, polishing balls, insoles, caps and hats, shoes, bearings, mats, rings, pieces, barrels, etc. We can also provide the tests of technical indicators, including: the melting point of a variety of fiber length, coarseness, color fastness; product thickness, density, hardness, tensile strength, flame value, moisture, pH, etc. Welcome to visit and negotiate cooperation.
