| Company Introduction : | Established in 2004, we are a professional blow molding machine &mold manufacturer, and we have been striving to research and develop plastic molds and plastic machinery. In the mold designing course, some 2D or 3D software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro-E and more) are applied for assisting in designing, pre-making. Before mold is put into physical making, the Mold Flow software will be adopted to analyze such course to make sure if it is rational and workable. In the making course, there is a set of making method (system design, individual making, concentrate assembling and scientific managing) to help us improve mold quantity and service. Up to now, we have created some plastic molds of which the output is over 2,000,000 pieces in a cycle time.
