We have a production capacity of 800,000 Patch Fittings per year, with a matching capacity of 180,000 floor springs, 300,000 handles and 300,000 shower clamps. Patch Fittings are our dominant products with 3 series (DORMA, MAB, and CASMA) and 110 varieties. There are 95 staff members in our company. The area of workshops is about 4,500 square meters with 2 Al-alloy die-casting machines (180T), 18 punches (20T-80T), 18 drills, and 52 sets of processing equipment for surface treatment. We can finish the moulds in 20-30 days according to clients' designs or samples. The moulds will be free if the following products have big market potential. Our team has over 7 years' experience in production, installation, sale and after-sales services. We also have an experienced management team with 5-7 years' experience. In order to better improve our products, we bring in an information system for production plan and material control. We use a simple and efficient system for quality control.
