Our forging factory is mainly equipped with 25-ton arc furnaces, 25-ton LF furnaces, 30-ton VOD, three-phase ESR furnaces, hydraulic quick forging machines, hydraulic presses,turning-lathe and heating furnaces, with more than 50 technical staff members, and complete means of quality detection, such as chemical analysis instruments, physical experiment instruments, metallographic testing instruments, UT testing instruments etc.,and have attained ISO9001:2000 International Standard Quality Guarantee System Certification,also our ingots have approved by CCS.
Main products of us are steel forgings,forged bars,shafts,rollers,
flanges,Cold drawn bar,hot rolled bar,steel wire rod with various materials,totally more than 100 species,such as: carbon steel ,alloy steel ,spring steel,mould steel,bearing steel ,stainless steel and so on.The size we supply is from 5 mm to 1500mm,all the products are in good quality and along with Mill Test Certificate.Best lion own an annual output of 30,000 tons of hot rolled steel and more than 50,000 tons of forged bars ,half of our products have deliveried to Europe,American,korea ,Africa,Southeast Asia etc.Best lion are willing to cooperate with domestic and foreign customers,sincerely welcome new and old clients visit and technology exchange. ...
