Our trailer plant has more than 60 employees, among them, more than 50 are technical personnel and skilled workers. Our plant is well equipped with various machinery processing equipment, such as milling, planning, drilling, punching, shearing and folding machines, and 36 units of welding machines. With good facilities and advanced technical backup, our trailer plant has been engaged in the casting, machining, rivet welding, and various kinds of processing of metal products. Our main manufacturing and exporting products include camper trailers, ATV trailers, cargo/box trailers, fiberglass enclosed trailers, boat trailers, folded and aired type boat trailers (our patent product), steel floating docks (our patent product), marine trailer parts, and various tank truck trailer parts, trailer cages, dog kennels, etc.
Our tent manufacturing factory has more than 100 skilled sewing workers and 5 experienced engineers. We have been manufacturing and exporting various kinds of camping tents, especially camper trailer tents to match with our own camper trailers produced by our own metal processing plant to ensure that trailer tents fit with our trailers perfectly. Other tent products include roof top tents, vehicle canopies, car awnings/side awnings, caravan awnings, etc. Our tents are made of the best materials available in China market, such as rip-stop & rain-stop polyester cotton fabric, fire-retardant PVC fabric, coated oxford fabric and water-proof nylon cloth fabric, tents are of different styles to meet the requirements of different areas, different climates and different markets. Poles are made from aluminum alloy and/or galvanized steel. Tents, poles and ladders are uniquely structured for easy assembly and disassembly, transportation and carriage. The comfort, convenience, waterproof and good ventilation of our tents have been tested long by time and our customers.
All of our products can be customized according to customers' samples, drawings, material requirements and specifications, etc. We are happy to develop and manufacture custom-made trailers and tents to increase our customers' uniqueness and competitiveness in the markets. Constantly, we are improving and upgrading our products. Our products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions, such as Australia, the United States, Germany, Sweden, New Zealand, the Great Britain, Norway, Mauritius, Malaysia, South Africa, and so on.
