Lite-On Semiconductor Corp. (previously known as Dyna Image) was established in 1990, with a focus in manufacturing and marketing Contact Image Sensor (CIS). It merged Lite-On Power Semiconductor, a Discrete Company in year 2000, started the Analog IC development in 2004, it further acquired Antek to gain access to its 6 inch fab capacity etc and built a complete and solid foundation for its total power management solution pursuit in 2005.
