Established in 1992 by Huang Wu Hsiung, general manager,the company emerged as an OEM specialist factory, offeringdomestic trade companies to export to U.S., Canada andAustralia markets.From July 1993 on, we shifted our production mode from pureOEM to order taking for direct export. Moreover, productportfolios increase from 50 to more than 100 items.In 1995, we reinvested to reach capital of NTD5 million.In 1996, for corporate sustainable management, we purchasedland and built a new factory, later on moved to new site in1998.In 1997, we made a moderate change in corporate managementby emerging our R & D and launching some new products asour milestone for private brand manufacturing. Meanwhile,we adopted re-export mode since some of Taiwan-madeproducts had lost edge in international market. Wetransplanted our production to China and re-export to HongKong, then export to overseas markets. By this, ourbusiness scope expanded from 100 to 200 items.Our moderately-changed business scope focuses on productR & D, purely ecological-oriented, such as superenergy-saving magnetic lighting fixtures. These are futurestrength and edges in international markets.From our establishment, we have been professional in thefield for over 12 years, believing that "No sunset industrybut nature selection if less of creation."
