Cheng Shin vertical type Die Necking, Spin Flanging and Beading machine, model no. CS03-NFB, with 3 working stations, ( with 8 heads ). Machine to be built in accordance with EC regulation, window enclosures, push button panel, with operation control software equipped.
The machine is capable of working on both SR and DR tinplate welded canbody with shaping configuration as specified; mechanism system is capable of working with printed and/or lacquered tinplate.
Cylinder infeed and outfeed conveyors are electrically interlinked to the machine control center with assures the continuous operation in association with the safety purpose. Conveyors are not in our supply.
The PLC programmer on our machine can be Allen Bradley, Omron. Siemens at your option, the control box is made of IP54 quality, The main control unit can be linked to the central control room for complete line automation.
Our Necking outer dies are made by tungsten carbide. Besides, Flanging and Beading dies are hardened high alloy steel which is precisely finished for long time operation, we provide for you a 12 months life time guarantee for standard shaping configuration of shaping under normal operation, any damage of part in 12 months under operation shall be replaced FREE OF CHARGE. The tooling will make flanging and beading without scratching to the print and no wrinkle formed.
