High performance vertical twin-roller flanging and beading combination machine. It makes the beading line by simultaneously rotating and pressing the inner and outer toolings. Both inner and outer toolings have mirror finish so neither inside the can wall nor outside the can wall won’t have scratches or dent. You can easily use this machine to make big milk powder can. It’s equipped with air con on the top of the machine to regulate the working temperature inside the machine. The machine has a lubricant base design. The gear lubricant will be delivered to oil cooler and this will guarantee all gears are under normal oil working temperature. Besides we adopt RITTAL enclosures to make the whole quality better. The customer can choose the brand of PLC in order to coordinate the other machines in the line flexibly.
