Just like a caterpillar breaks the cocoon, becomes a graceful butterfly, and flaps toward the lovely new world, RGL team, established in 1992 and being experienced in this field, continues to experience different trials and challenges to become what we are now. In early stage, we cooperated with Mechanical Dept. and Electric Machinery Dept. of Industrial Technology Research Institute to develop the software and hardware for worm gear design and prove the best match between the worm gear and worm shaft. We setup the tolerance of the die of the tooling accurately, and subcontracted it to be made by the professional manufacturers in Japan and Korea. By doing it this way, it breaks us away from the market of using the standard advanced tooling when making the worm gear, and breaks fresh era in the transmission field. ...
