Molybdenum disulfide: (1) Increase hardness. (2) Reduces friction. (3) Usually combined with other fillers such as glass or bronze. 3. Crystalline polymer: (1) Increases wear resistance especially against soft metal. (2) Decreases coefficient of thermal expansion. (3) Raises PV limit due to adhesive wear transfer mechanism. (4) Lowers friction coefficient. (5) FDA compliant.
