The timeline:
1995, Yixing Shengda Refractory Ceramic Co., Ltd founded in Yixing City, China
2000, Cooperate with Mitsubishi Electric Corp located in Shanghai China, our products entered Japan market;
2004, Supply 95% & 99% Alumina Ceramic to domestic and foreign trade companies;
2008, Started the mass production of ceramic insulator Strip for band heater
2009, Extend our factory to expand the production capacity. Also, built one set roller kiln and one set pusher kiln to sintering the ceramic parts;
2011, Purchased 12sets 15 tons and 3sets 25 tons drying pressing machines to expand to production capacity in dry pressing moulding methods. In the same year, our products was audited by QW, and began to cooperate formally;
2013, Added one set spray prilling tower which can produce 10 tons ceramic powder per day and can be used in dry pressing process. It’s a meaningful measure which means Shengda Ceramic can produce the ceramic parts from the raw materials to final products all by ourselves.
Aug. 2014, Set up the foreign trade department to sell the ceramic products directly to foreign customers. This will help customers to reduce the cost compared with the middlemen.
Feb. 2015, Produce the ceramic parts for EGO types thermostat and develop about 6 types thermostat ceramics, such as JZ101, B0557.00 and so on;
June. 2018, our precision ceramic parts D2096 was audited by CNHC and began to cooperate formally. The precision ceramic parts started to export to the United States.
