Drop Forging is a superior process and ensures quality, strength and durability of a product. This is a better process than the casting or bar stock process, as it ensures natural grain flow of the metal without any breaks. Drop Forging process is a process that elevates the structural integrity of the product by eliminating any kinds of inclusions or air holes, which can weaken the whole structure.
Our manufactured drop forgings range from 300 grams to 40 kgs. The component specification could be up to a maximum of 450mm in diameter and 44 inches in length.
