One of the biggest challenges in high filler compounds, especially in machinery, is the 'gas' problem. During extrusion, heating the raw materials generates a lot of 'gas' (often moisture) due to the high temperatures. Traditional machines can't efficiently remove this gas, so materials need pre-drying. Our machines have excellent gas venting, eliminating the need for pre-drying. Plus, our unique blending process ensures effective resin mixing without damage.
