Hats caps scarves gloves are our main products. We have 30 import knit machines from GG 2 to GG12, and we are good at producing either plain knit, jacquard knit, chunky knit patterns or other custom knit patterns' hats scarf gloves.
We implement strict quality control system in every production procedure, and we trained every worker to pay attention to the quality and details of products. So whenever there's inferior-quality product coming out, our worker will find out and improve it at sight. This is the way we ensure our mass production quality as good as approval sample.
We have several long-time and good-relationship partner factories producing baseball caps, bucket hats,straw hats, fedora hats in different grades, from low price promotional caps and hats, to high quality branded products for retail. And several our partner factories has passed the Social Ethical Audit like SEDEX and ETI,BSCI, as well as Target, and Wal-Mart Audit.
We have 2 sub-factories producing hand-knit hats, scarves, gloves for us, which covers more than 5000 experienced family workers to handle the hand-knitted items. We are producing hand-knitted items for some famous clients like Barts, C&A, H&M, etc.
