Foshan Sanshui Fenglu Aluminium Co., Ltd. is the No.1 aluminum extruder and distributor in China ( building industry ), with 2 modern, environment-protective manufacturing bases in Guangdong Province, China. We can do anodzing, powder coating, PVDF painting, a lot of fabrications ( punching, drilling, miter cutting, wdlding, CNC machinning...etcs ), and finished windows, doors, as well as curtain walls.
Currently we operate 88 aluminium extrusion presses, ranging from 800 tons to 10000 tons of pressures, 8 anodizing lines and 10 powder coating lines (both vertical and horizontal), both can handle to a length of 13.50 meters, which is the longest anodizing line in Asia. our fabrication workshop now covers an area of 20,000 square meters and a finished window and door workshop is recently set up with an area of 20,000 square meters.
Since established in 1990, we have designed and produced more than 1,000 series with 35,000 section dies, including 400 patented products. These aluminum products are widely used for windows, doors, curtain wall systems, transportation, architecture, trackway, glasshouses, heat sinks, electronics...etcs. We mainly produce standard shapes as well as OEM and ODM.
With the help of modern equipments imported from Japan, UK, USA, Italy and France as well as the hard-working of our staffs, our daily production capacity is now upto 800 to 1000 tons, normal lead time for regular orders is 3 to 4 weeks,
We have obtained various quality certificates including CE, TUV, DNV, ISO9001,ISO14001, Qualicoat, Qualanod, and "Certificate for product exemption from quality surveillance inspection in China", "China Top Brand".
