Light-weight Down-proof Fabric
Using 10d/15d/20d/30d nylon fine fiber manufactured by Nylon Division and polyester 20d/30d fine fiber manufactured by Polyster Fiber Division of Nan Ya Plastics, the qualified down-proof fabric is produced through unique weaving, dyeing and finishing technologies and optimal in down-proof. In addition, the fabric is also characterized by air permeability, water permeability, soft and light-weighted. Moreover, We can also integrate multiple functions including durable water repellent, anti-bacteria and UV-Cut, etc into the fabric according to your requirements.
1. Nylon 10d/15d/20d/30d plain weaving cloth, ripstop and Dobby cloth.
2. Polyester 20d/30d plain weaving cloth, ripstop and Dobby cloth.
1. Light-weighted: nylon 10d weighting 30g/sqm↓ nylon 20d weighting 40g/sqm↓
2. Durability：nylon 20d, tearing strength 1.0 kg↑
