LED-628 can test the electrical characteristics of LED:
1. VF (forward voltage), VZ (reverse breakdown voltage), IR (leakage current), DVF (difference of VF read value between 2 IF), VFD (transient VF deviation).
2. The tester can also test the optical characteristics of LED: LOP (Light intensity), WP (peak wavelength), XYZ (co-ordinates on chromaticity diagram), WD (dominant wavelength), Purity, HW (spectral line half width) etc.
3. At most 30 BINS can be sorted according to the test condition, plus NOGO and bad-contact 1 BINS. Data input is entered from front panel keyboard. The display is a 16 line x 40 char LCD.
