Shaftless type, multi-winding-stands, high speed slitting machine
1. Applicable material: pvc, opp, pet, cpp, shrinkable pp film, paper, silicon coated paper, metalized paper, self-adhesive paper, aluminum foil + paper, ncr paper, non-woven cloth, laminate (toothpaste multi-layer packing material and others.)
2. Rewinding type: center rewinding with multi shaftless rewind stands.
3. Unwinding section:
(1)Unwind-stand with shaftless hydraulic loading clamps. (hydraulic up/down, left/right moving).
(2)Equipped with edge position control (EPC) to provide accurate slitting position.
(3)Equipped with pneumatic brake as well as electro/pneumatic converter for wide range tension control.
4. Unwinding tension control:
(1)equipped with automatic tension controller and load-cells. The actual tension is digitally displayed, increasing the tension control precision with minimal operation effort.
(2)Equipped with auto alarm/stop device, which will auto alarm/stop before the web running out. Operator can prepare to change and splice the web on time.
(3)Equipped with film-broken inspection system, which can automatically stop the machine when film broken. Largely reduce the waste when film broken in high speed.
5. Trimmed waste: equipped with blower and expulsion tube.
