Because of a concern for human beings, our president Mr. Frank Huang set up ELITEX in 1989 and then APEXCARE in 1992, in Chia Yi County, Taiwan, to produce medical, rehabilitation, long-term care and ramp equipment. In 2000, the two companies combined and moved together. In 2009 Nov, we bought another new factory and built up new headquarter building. We also set up 2 additional subsidiary factories nearby, making our total space grow to more than 33,000 square meters. These increases greatly re-enforced our capacity, not only in production but also better service.
